Would be better if they had a place to get away from the angry, shoppers and screaming kid, his mom had no idea how to get this kid to stop screaming. I was hoping for a throat punch, but would’ve settled for a small amount of effort from anyone with a backbone. Unfortunately we received neither so we all shopped to the smooth sounds of a tiny, less cool, low rent, irritating rendition of a blue whale call.

I was helped by Kim and during my order I was interrupted as the assumed I was done ordering and they totaled out my order rather than asking if that was all. I also obviously paid full price but neither of the drinks were filled all the way full. If I paid the full price then my drinks should be full. Also they gave me a sip lid on a frappuccino that has whipped cream on it. How is someone supposed to drink that?? Will not return.
