The woman taking my Family's order was very abrupt and rude. We heard her saying that she didn't want to stay an extra 30 minutes, and seemed like she needed competent help (or to not be a stuck-up princess); Only white or wheat available for bread options as well. The whole experience was, by far, the worst I've ever had in the 28 years I've been choosing subway.I will Never return to the 2325 south Higgins location in Missoula Montana. If it weren't for being pressed for time, I would have walked out.Also, the premade table booths have the seats stuck too close to the table.

Food is fine just ordered on online and was ignored for like 5 mins when I walked in because they were making orders which I understood. But Once I finally received any service my order had been the first one ready the whole time. They acted like I wasn’t there didn’t even tell me it’ll be just sec just nothing.

Not sure why they're so slow but it probably has to do with the fact that they prioritize online orders for people too laze to go to stores in person. I was the only one here for 10 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged while they made at least three sandwiches for people that didn't show up until after I had eaten and left already. No wonder they're closing this location soon

Ordered 3 subs.17, 30 & a pepperoni & salami.Let's begin:I walked in, was not greeted, instead a guy behind the counter said "internet order?" I replied "no." He then said "you order over there"I went where he said, stood there for almost 5 minutes before he said, "I've got 2 sandwiches, then I'll be with you."Literally 8 minutes later he was ready to help.Ordered my sandwiches and NONE OF THE STAFF new the menu; I literally read it off to them.Took forever to make my order while staff seemed to be complaining to each other and joking about putting burnt cookies into the cookie container.There is a reason I stopped going to subway and this staff showed ever example why.Asked for extra tomatoes and the lady literally put 2 little slices extra. Asked for extra meat, didn't get it.I will not be returning to this or any other subway. The hay day for this company was in the late 80s, early and mid 90s...the magic is gone. Too expensive for what you get & the staff, for years, doesn't have any fire to get food out.Done. I do not reccommend this or any other subway.

They sent the wrong food and messed up the order. The food that was correct was nasty and inedible. Threw it all away. No wonder subway going out of business.

I've been here a few times lately. The location and decent food were convenient for me. I walked out today, and won't be back. Always rude and just don't care about customers. El Diablo, guess I'll be eating your burritos more often. ?‍♂️

Walked in hoping to order food for 3. Stood in there for about 15 minutes, there were 3 young women working, but the only time I was acknowledged was to ask if I was here to pick up an order, to which I answered no. The rest of the time I was watching 1 employee fulfill online orders, 1 girl stand there looking confused, and the other running between back and forth shouting obscenities without a care that there was a line of customers waiting to be helped, very unprofessional. There was another customer there as well, who knows how long he was there, he got there before I did. When I finally decided enough was enough and left, he followed behind me.
