The waiter was horrible. Our first basket of rolls only had 1 container of cinnamon butter that 4 of us shared. As we were waiting for our food, we had asked him for more delicious rolls and we waited and waited and waited some more. He refreshed a drink and you could tell he forgot to bring us more rolls. A salad comes to our table and we ask a different waiter for more rolls and as we are asking our waiter finally brings more rolls with a side of cigarette smoke. Our food arrives from a new waitress. She doesn't ask if we need or want anything else pretty much dropped our food and was gone. Our waiter never checks on us once our food arrives. We didn't get a refresh on our drinks. We finish our meals and he comes to our table to check on us and he was surprised we had finished eating and asked if we needed boxes we told him no bring us our check.

We've been to Texas Roadhouse twice and both times the food and service has been great. The food came out hot and my steak was perfect. We recently visited a high end restaurant in Missoula that is know for their expensive steaks, only to be disappointed by the overcooked steak that was tough and had no flavor. If you're looking for a quiet place to go, this isn't it. The ambiance is loud but fun.

We had a very long wait to get in and when we did our waitress was not friendly at all.. We maybe saw her 3 or 4 time during our meal that took almost an hour to receive. When we finally received our food mine was overcooked and dry. I asked for medium rare and it was closer to well done and it was so over seasoned that it wasn't even edible. I would take a bite then have to take a drink just to wash the salt away. I finally ran out of water and never saw our waitress to refill it. They got my sons order wrong but the waitress wasn't around to correct it. I did call and talked to a manager a couple days later and she said they would get us a gift card for the balance... But we haven't seen a thing in our E-mail. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Overpriced for the quality of food and service!

I had half lap rib on 1st time, which was very good. But 2nd time, ribs were overcooked, and the meat was dried. I was disappointed. I love bread with butter, excellent bread.

Nice place to eat. Food is excellent and prices are reasonable. Service is decent considering how busy they get on the weekends. Would give 5 stars but on two occasions we weren't able to get the sides we wanted as they had ran out. Even so, always a good experience and I would definitely recommend.
