Visiting this restaurant was a wonderful experience. The food was great, my partner having pancakes and myself having a delicious skillet. The jam was particularly good and I suspect that it is made in-house.The atmosphere was very cozy, and reminded me of the restaurants back home that has a small-town feel. The coffee was wonderful and the service was attentive and kind.I would certainly come here again, if only to have a relaxing place to have a great breakfast. We went on a weekend and found that there was only a short wait, as opposed to the super long waits that you can have with some Missoula restaurants. Overall, worth the time and the price.

The gentleman who greeted and sat me at a table was very kind and well mannered. He said the server would be right with me and that turned into a ten minute wait. When the server finally came over to my table there was no greeting or apology for the delay, just a “Do you know what you want to order?” She seemed less than enthusiastic to be taking my order and was all over the place when it came to clearing tables, refilling drinks, and checking in on her customers. However there seemed to be a sense of urgency when it came to providing the bill. Soft skills and customer service could be a focus point for improvement.
Do not recommend at all. We had a group of 8, called ahead (about an hour in advance) as a courtesy since they don’t do reservations, and we waited 45 minutes while they sat many groups ahead of us. The lack of customer service here is so disappointing.

Needs a little more attention for coffee service (half and half, spoons, etc.)Thought it was reasonably priced, though charging extra for poached eggs on an Eggs Benedict dish without any notification seems weird.Be all end all, would definitely go again as the food was great and the atmosphere was super comfy.

Incorrect food, poor service and bad experiences. Food quality going downhill. You can find a $20 meal somewhere else for less hassle. Kitchen sent my order out wrong - waitress noticed it was wrong but did not offer to make a new one - I send it back after she comes to check on the food, and get my replacement 30+ minutes later, a good 20 minutes after my table had finished eating. Rather than having the replacement “rushed” to fix the mistake, they decided to make many other orders first. Ridiculous and ruined the meal. It’s hard to know if it was done out of spite or incompetence, but either way I’ll be spending my future money at an establishment that values their customer.
