Should have taken a picture but I was too excited about all the flavors I got. They had quite a few flavors available and all the classic flavors. My favorite was the pomegranate raspberry sorbet. Amazing! Will probably get a full cup of that flavor next time. Never been too a frozen yogurt place that put the toppings on for you but the worker kindly asked if they put enough on for me. I thought that was a nice added touch since people have a vast idea of what is enough. Lots of toppings to choose from! I hope this place becomes more popular in Missoula because it's good!

I was thrilled with their gluten free options and posted nutritional information for each yogurt and topping. I was not thrilled when an employee came in, while we were checking out, with no mask on. She did put one on but as we ate in our car we saw her go through and get yogurt and toppings with her mask off. I was feeling okay about eating here until I saw the carelessness of your employee. I don’t feel great about coming back.

In there this afternoon and completely appreciate the actions by the employees to remove a Parton that was belligerent and wouldn’t wear a mask. It was uncomfortable for all in the store but I appreciate the way it was handled. We left without making a purchase today but will be back soon. Thanks for keeping us safe.

We have been going to uswirl for a few years now and have always been satisfied. We went in today, Saturday feb. 29th to get our kids some ice cream after going to the park. We felt the young guy working was super unfriendly and almost seemed irritated by us being there with our toddlers. As I went to pay, my 2 year old went to grab one of the topping spoons and the guy seemed sooo annoyed even though I promptly grabbed it away from him. On top of this, the place was a mess and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. Will not be going back again anytime soon!

The girl with the septum ring was phenomenal. She was so kind and helpful and gave us a personalized tour of the froyo options. Her knowledge of each flavor and topping combination was extraordinary. She always went above and beyond with customer service to each customer, going as far as helping seat young children with their dessert, spoons, and napkins! We will definitely be back!

8 machines and 16 flavors from which to choose, plus a huge bar full of topping options. Clean interior and several tables outside. Friendly staff. Ask for a punch card. We will come back!

Store closes over an hour early on a Friday with multiple customers turned away. My wife showed up at 8:45pm on a Friday just as the worker shut off the open sign. When she went to the door the posted hours were that they were open until 10 a worker came and told her the manager told them to close.I got there as another car was pulling up another car showed up after that.
