We had the best time and THE BEST MEAL at Cowboy Up today! We Loved Gena and Rudy, they were terrific hosts and cooks! All the way from Michigan...we'll be back! 4 of us ordered a different Meat and they were all Fabulous! Ribs, Pork Belly, Pulled Pork and Brisket.. cooked to perfection. Thank You for Treating Us Like Family!
Stopped here with my husband for dinner as we were in town visiting from Alberta, looking for a good BBQ spot. I have to say, we were blown away with everything. Gina, the lovely owner, was so welcoming and quick to put together our food. She is very soft spoken and made the environment feel so homey and comfortable.This is something we don’t often see much of back home, even at other mom & pop shops.We opted to share a beef brisket meal with all the fixin’s and a bread pudding...read full review
