We went at the peak time - Friday at 6:45 and every table was full. Despite being so busy the food came out in a timely manner. I didn't like waiting in line to order, but hey I came at the busiest time so I should expect to wait. The bacon smash burger was delicious! It would have been better if the fries were served at the same time as the burger though. We requested more ketchup but was not given any. There's a station for napkins, salt and pepper, water etc but no ketchup. I have no problem helping myself, just make it available. The atmosphere was very comfortable and interesting. I will definitely be back.
