The wait was 45 minutes on an off season Wednesday. Wait staff was good. Huckleberry wings were amazing. Hundreds of topless photos in the bathroom, extremely poor taste. I would be embarrassed allow this, saw a eight year old boy ushered into the bathroom by his unsuspecting mom. Rude and inappropriate!

This restruant needs to follow the law. They have pornography up in the men's bathroom and allow kids into the bathroom. They have a small sign warning you, but it's on a door with other signs on it within a darkly lit room. Pornography is illegal to be viewed by anyone under 18 even if they want to or their parents allow them view it.

Loved the wings and onion rings. I thought about having a veggie burger on a gluten free bun but threw caution to the wind. Best wings I even had. The bathrooms are interesting, and definitely not for children.

Funky little saloon, lots to see inside. Pictures, sports team pennants and the bathrooms are plastered with eye appealing photos. Disappointed with having to go up to order your food at the kitchen and than having to order your drinks at the bar. The lack of service; no one checking on your food, no one to clean your table from dishes. You have to grab your own utensils, condiments, napkins etc. Awkward having to squish through people at the bar to get a drink. Of course when you pay that tip option comes up. Food was good. I had the mushroom burger with chips and I got a mushroom burger with bag of chips. It was good burger no complaints there. We would have stayed longer and had more drinks if we were being tended to. This is a quick turn over place and it felt like it.

I’ve heard about the huckleberry hot wings being the big hit of the Bulldog. Definitely was not misled on that claim. Whether you’re a resident or just visiting, I recommend stopping in and trying these hot wings at least once. If you ordered something else with them, save the wing sauce and dip your fries, etc in it. I’ve tried several of their burgers as well. Their vegetable burger is even delicious!Vegetarian options: GardenburgerKid-friendliness: They allow children during the day. Classic Whitefish... Bulldog Salloon aka "The Dawg" is a quintessential Whitefish bar that embodies everything that the town is all about... No frills, cool/laid back joint, good ole American bar food, cold draft beers, fair and reasonable prices, and friendly people all around (from the staff to the regulars). We've been coming to Whitefish for 8 years now and always stop by The Dawg... The food this time wasn't quite as good as it usually is (the burgers were small and cooked well-done, and the Huckleberry wings were way overcooked), but we still had a great time hanging with friends and chatting it up with locals who are always friendly and hospitable.
