I have been to Mambo several times throughout the years. This is the first time the food has been awful. I had the bolognese. It was swimming in water. We brought it to the attention of our server, Ben, who didn't offer to correct the order, nor did he have a manager come to the table to discuss it . In fact, he could have cared less. The high prices only added insult to injury. Will never eat here again and cannot believe that people are lined up at the door to get in before the opening time. It's not the Mambo I remember!Parking: VERY limited street parking. No parking lot nearby.

Made a reservation, arrived right on time and seated immediately. Friendly and helpful service, excellent food and drink offerings. Well organized staff handled a busy Friday evening effortlessly. Tables are close together and noise level was somewhat high with a full house, but still a fun and very enjoyable experience.

The food is always great. I try to order something new each time, whereas my partner always orders the same entree because he loves it so much. We had the same server the last two visits. Her name is Mo and she is so personable and service oriented.

Food was good and appropriate for price. Service was ok but felt extremely rushed. All food and apps delivered within 10 minutes. We were in and out in 40 minutes tops. With a $350 dollar dinner for 7. I felt used..?

The food is so bad. Terrible ingredients, even worse cooks.

Calamari was a disappointment, could have bought it frozen from a grocery store and it would have been better. Portion was so small it didn’t even fill up the dish.Garlic bread was delicious butpasta was undercooked and drowned in sauce. My friend got the same dish but it was different, no sauce at all.The server was really friendly but food took over an hour to arrive. They also mixed up the dishes and once they realized, re-served the partially eaten dish to another person at our table.Very disappointing experience considering the amount of recommendations we got for this place.

We were in Whitefish on vacation and excited to try this spot. It's TINY, and if you don't get a corner table, you get bumped into constantly. We ordered 3 courses, very clearly. Salad, then two side dishes as course two, then Entrees. We got bombarded with course two and Entrees at the same time, on a tiny little table not big enough for all the plates. And the food...salad was boring. Meatballs were ok. Broccolini tasted burnt and we could barely cut it with a knife. The chiopino was meh...bland. My husband had the salmon which was raw in the middle (ordered medium) and very briny. Even the ice cream tasted like it came from the grocery store. Super disappointing experience. The bread was the best thing about our dinner.

Used to love eating here but last night, sadly will probably be our last. Husband got the salmon. It was so over done he couldn't cut it with a knife. Sent it back. Instead of bringing him a whole new plate with vegetables, they brought him a plate with just a piece of the salmon. This time it was so raw, it was still cold. The waitress came back said she would offer us a free dessert. I told her that we are not paying for his salmon. She then said she would speak with her supervisor at that point the manager came over and said that they were taking it off the bill. We were very disappointed in this service and the food. Chicken Parmesan was also overcooked, but I didn't say anything about it. it didn't appear that the normal chef that is usually there was there last night. Very disappointed.

We put that it was our anniversary and it was not even mentioned by our server. Why do you ask us for it then? The tables are small and packed very tightly together. It was very noisy - the music was way too loud. The food was great but the ambiance was very disappointing for a nice occasion.

The staff was VERY nice, however our take out experience was poor. My dish had shrimp in the description, there was 1 shrimp. My wife had chicken in hers, there was 4-5 small pieces and I mean small. It tasted good, however was just noodles and sauce in all reality, no substance. For the price it was not worth it. Which is a shame, we go to ciao mambo all the time in Missoula and it’s never like this.

20 years we've been faithful customers Mambos was always a must The last 4 times we've gone It's changed Our last visit was disappointing Not because of the meal or service It was when we arrived 20 years of at least 10 times a year The fun and family sense was gone We walked in after being dropped off by our shuttle And told we were only allowed to be there 10 minutes early ( they wanted us to wait outside ) I said we were dropped off And didn't have jackets Could we wait on the stairs Where we had many times before and offered a glass of wine while we waited Mambos was always an experience Not just the food The people and the feeling of family and you were coming home I'm not sure where the new management is going with it but it makes me sad
