I was a pulled pork regular and always making yummy dinners with it and have been getting creative with green chili..... but I special ordered the rack of ribs and WOW! (Note, unless you get lucky you need to give rib orders in advance.) The ribs had incredible flavor and the meat truly fell off the bone, so good!!!! Made big points with my sweetie!Thanks Ed McGrew, you rock!
Ed McGrew knows barbecue. His brisket is killer—I’d put it up against Aaron Franklin’s any day. The pulled pork is as good as any I’ve had in the South...and better than most. Do yourself a favor and pay him a visit.

We have loved Ed McGrews bbq and decided to have him cater ribs for my sons grad party. We ordered 13 racks and they were ready to go when we needed them. Every single one of our 30 guests raved about these ribs! They were tender and juicy and the flavor was spot on! They came with a side of bbq sauce that perfectly compliments the ribs. We cannot recommend Ed McGrews enough!!! Best bbq around, hands down.
