They're abusing the TFW program, increasing the prices on the food to the point you can probably find better deals at restaurants, and the quality of the food is the same as ever. Which was acceptable before because it was cheap, but now it's not cheap and the employees barely speak English.

My wife just placed a $45 dollar order at their drive through (1/26/2024) and the order was missing 2 poutines. We didn’t realize until she got home. At $7.99 per poutine plus taxes, it’s very frustrating and certainly not a value proposition.

When I approached the window to pay, the men standing there, did not great me or say hi, did not tell me what my total was, just flopped the card reader out the window and continued shopping for a car on his phone. Awful service.

Tried one of the new adult happy meals, the kerwin frost box, basically a fancy box with the nugget meal inside. Paid extra to see what it was and didn’t even get the silly toy that I paid extra for. Not sure I’ll bother.Check your box before you leave, or just buy nugget meal and not be disappointed, or better save some cash and buy the biggest happy meal.
Been going there for there for over a year..servers accept for one lady are abrupt and need to earn how to speak to the public. I always say thank-you I get a window slammed shut in my face..so far for the past 9 days I'm yet to get a good coffee that's a record either way waterered down burnt not enough sweetener.. too much sweetener or none at all.....doo better folks.

I have ordered twice. And every time i get nothing but disappointment. I ordered it from skip the dishes. I have attached the pictures to them too but they refused to refunded me.McDonald’s used to my comfort place to order my food whenever i am sick or doesn’t feel like cooking for myself. I am sure the everyone is working super hard there as well. But looking at my side of story i get so frustrated when i am starving and didn’t get what i have paid for. :(Vegetarian options: There is only 1 burger which Big Mac no meat. I loved it!!! Only if someone didn’t put any meat in it when it says no meat.

Found hair in my food and my food was cold. Employees are just rude. The place is dirty. They are so slow. Need better customer service. I only like the 1 drive thru girl in the morning. she is a really great worker. Always had a great service with her. And I just noticed she isn't working now the service is right slow. I will NOT be back. The bathrooms are nasty
