I explicitly said Papa Combo, but I got only burger with fries (no drinks). Yes, the cashier asked about fries, but I thought it was because you have different sides in combos.The floor was sticky.I'm not sure why my name was asked for an order, but in the end, I heard only a list of items in my order, not my name.Milk was ordered but not provided without asking about it.Teen burger was w/o bacon. The picture in the menu is misleading if there's no bacon by default.

My BF and I got lunch Sept 30th around 2:30pm. The entire place was filthy. Every table was sticky. The lids for cups were sticky with soft drink syrup, we opted to not use lids.There were 2 people working and our food took at least 20 minutes to come out. While we ate (the food was very good, mainly because they had to make everything fresh) the employee running the cash proceeded to be very rude to delivery drivers.Everyone's orders took at minimum 10 minutes to come out. We saw a few people just leave without ordering.Tldr; the place is filthy, employees were dead inside. Go to Wendy's instead.

Myself and my grandson went this morning for breakfast. We ordered online before going in. We entered and went to a booth to sit. The table had mug rings that had not been cleaned and the whole table was sticky and looked like it was never cleaned very well. All the booths were the same, sticky and the edges on some were filthy. We settled for a table with two chairs that only had one sticky mug ring. We waited for our order, annnnd waited. We found out it wasn't started so my grandson reordered. It came and the food was good. My son waited about 20 minutes for his latte. All of this may seem a little harsh, and it might be if they were busy, but they weren't. In fact, when we entered the three employees were standing at the front chatting. This is not something I would expect to have to say about A&W, but this is the worse A&W ever. Also, the recent renovations are terrible and really crams the seating.

Today I had a terrible day. I was exhausted from long hours at work, starving, and found out that I can't even come close to affording my medication. I was feeling really low when I came to this A&W. The worker at the counter (I wish I caught her name but I remember that she was wearing a medical alert bracelet) was absolutely wonderful! She was polite, patient, and showed exemplary service. I hope this message makes it to her because she really turned my day around. Thank you for your positivity!Additionally, the food was delicious and came quickly, the prices are very reasonable, the space is incredibly clean (even the bathroom!), and this location has a great layout as well.

The food is pre-cooked.. who knows how long it sits there. When we went through the drive-thru it took no time for the person in there (looked as though there was only one person working) to hand us our food.. he clearly didn’t cook it in the 30 seconds it took for us to drive to the window. My son and I got food poisoning.
