The food was okay.I witnessed 2 workers cleaning. One male with gloves onwas putting stuff in the garbage and shoved it down in. He did not change his gloves but went on to wash tables. A female wearing gloves went to check bathrooms for cleanliness, came out, did not change her gloves and then went on to take orders and bag food. Just a few Health regulations ignored. I don't think I will be going back.

So i ordered a veggie burger with a combo and i got this burnt petty inside and i also asked for heavy mayo and they didn't put any sauce other than ketchup and they gave the small size of the pop as well and i am so unsatisfied as i payed $15 for this burnt stuff.

My last 3 attempts at ordering food at this location have been much of the same; no produce for sandwiches, stale dry burgers that taste as though they've been sitting under a warming light for hours, no availability on a substantial portion of their menu, but today this Burger King location reached a new low for me when they served me rotten lettuce on my chicken sandwich. Let me assure you that when I say rotten, I mean brown and yellow lettuce leaves that smelt dusty and turned to mush between my fingers. I understand that times are tough for everyone but as a business, if you can't afford to cycle your stock frequently enough that you have to serve rotten vegetables to your customers then its time to close the doors. Running a business like this (if you can even call it a functioning business) only leads to a terrible reputation and it genuinely puts your customers health at risk. It's a shame that Google won't let me post a photo with this review because I really think people should see what they are being served from this restaurant. My advice to someone looking to order from this place?? Go to Wendy's instead.

How are you still in business!?For lunch I was given a Burger King gift card so I wait in line 15mins in drive thru& then try and order and the lady working at cash does not speak English and we cant understand each other. I drive up to the window to pay and she tells me, sorry we dont take gift cards...What??And tells me to go inside and wait in line all over again to use gift card.Wow.. What terrible service , So i left amd will never go back!

The restaurant is located overlooking the Grand Falls which is on the St John River. It has plenty of free parking and it a quick turn just off of Madawaska Rd.Upon entry. we were greeted by staff and requested a view of the falls by the window. There were plenty of signs stating "staff shortages" however that did not affect our service. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable on the local history.
