“Probably the best hamburger I have ever had, and I've had a lot of burgers in my time. The flavor of the ground meat, the seasoning and the perfect cooking really made this a dynamite place to come eat. Friendly staff and some tasty cocktails really cemented this as one of my favorite restaurants of all time. Well done to all the staff!“
“The palate was great! Tofu red curry stir fry with rice was flavourful, well portioned and presented beautifully! Server was a nice lad, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient! Would return again! Found the curtain at the entrance kinda fun (helps keep the cold out I presume)as you walk into the restaurant! Maybe add some lights to make it magical! ?Vegetarian options: Many choices to switch the meal into a vegetarian friendly one!Parking: Street parking! Free during the evening!“

“The bartender, Olivia, was amazing! She is knowledgeable, hard working, personable, and so friendly. I am so glad I asked her opinion on things. The drinks and cocktail menu is out of this world! I had the Southside Shake and the Dream of New Brunswick, because I have enjoyed the New Brunswick Gins immensely.My meal from the Pickle Jar was great, except for the Veggie Burger. I couldn't finish it because of the taste of the Patty, and no condiments being present... However, the Pimento Cheese Dip was lovely, except for it is served with too many grilled pitas. The accompanying house salad with corn and cranberries, was perfect! And I never have desert, but the Pink Lemonade Cheesecake with Strawberries and Blueberries was yummy!I would definitely recommend this place for the service, cocktails, appetizers, tapas, and deserts!“
“The Cabin is a classic restaurant that has been Fredericton’s not so secret treasure for years. I’ve eaten here for decades and the greasy spoon has always left me satisfied. It’s not fancy but well priced with amazing portions. I love thé atmosphère there.“
“We had the pleasure of staying at the Fredricton Inn for a weekend and ate at the restaurant a few times.Featured is a breakfast sandwich with home fries. The breakfast sandwich was HUGE. Another day we had the eggs Benedict, that was also delicious. It was only eggs in an English muffin with the holandaise sauce. Lastly is potato bacon soup bowl, which was also very delicious !The servers were kind and the food came soooo quickly. When it came to alcohol selection there were very few options, but this wasn’t something that bothered me. The tables by the window/green house style area was different and a nice experience.“
