“- be open, friendly and clear about your order, and they should correct any errors in your meal. We ordered two popcorn chicken poutines with our meal and they gave us 1, and 1 popcorn chicken and med. fry on the side. They corrected it after and allowed us to keep the mistake order too. Other than that, it was absolutely delicious. They even allowed me to look at their lettuce, and it was green. Because prepared to wait for 30 minutes for fresh chicken.- They have their phone on mute, so don't even try calling in to order. Half the dine-in is closed after roughly 8:30PM. No napkins - only per request. But they are very friendly and accept corrections reasonably.- Cramped space and unclean tables even when it's not busy. A container of cold sanitizer was setting outside near the fountain for drinks. Very repulsive imo. The wifi doesn't work, and they don't seem to mind that their phone is on mute.“
“I've been living in New Brunswick for the last three years and had given up on the local Oromocto KFC as the food from it was the worst I had ever had!As a last resort when my wife had a craving for KFC I decided to give the KFC on Prospect Street in Fredericton a try.Well to my surprise this was the BEST chicken I have had since moving to the Maritimes! And it was extremely busy, lunch hour. I ordered my bucket online and waited in line, 10 min.And my order was ready when I was served, my order was ready in the time it took to fill the bucket! Staff is friendly, courteous and fast!I highly recommend this KFC and will continue to go to this outlet!“
