“Hana started off at as a weekend vendor at a northside farmer's market. For many years, her delicious food and warm customer service left her with a steadily growing following. A few years ago, she decided to branch out with her own permanent spot. She's only open from Wednesday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (at the time of this review). Six out of eight of the dishes/stews (or "wots" as they're called in Ethiopia) are vegan, as is the injera used to eat them. You can get individual dishes or combos (get a combo!) and she even provides rice as an option for those who aren't adventurous enough to use the traditional injera. My only complaints are that I'd love to see a spicier lentil stew/wot on her menu (although most locals seem to loathe heat) and would also love to see a few Ethiopian salads in rotation on her menu to add more variety in terms of taste and textures. It's my favourite restaurant in the city, though -- it's well worth a visit. Updated from previous review on 2023-08-16“
“Really relaxing atmosphere. Beautifully decorated restaurant. Really lovely owners. Highly recommend this place for romantic dates and even family meals. The food was also exceptional (nutritious and fresh). Probably one of the best businesses in downtown Fredericton.“
“I recently visited Roticana coffeshop and was thoroughly impressed. The coffee was expertly brewed and had a rich, bold flavor. The staff was friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The shop itself was cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and a great selection of pastries. “Overall this was a decent experience. It's definitely nice to have a cat café around, and the kitties are so sweet - it's lovely that they're well taken care of and available to adopt!My coffee was definitely sub-par (scalding hot latte, milk steaming was poor, and the espresso wasn't quite dialed in), and I could have used a little welcome from the staff to let me know how the system worked as I had never been there before and didn't know how to check in or what the etiquette was, but these are things that can easily be remedied and may be different even day-to-day!“
“Coffee and Friends Café is a delightful spot with a great atmosphere. The chicken penini was delicious, and the owners were incredibly friendly. It's a comfortable and relaxing place to enjoy quality food and drinks. Highly recommended!“
“Looking around for a place to eat and one where the locals are always lined up outside seemed to be an indication as to what was available inside. That indicator proved to be correct. A very nice arrangement of tables inside where you're not crammed together. Not overly noisy, so that you can talk and hear each other. Oh yeah, the food was tasty and fresh.Parking: You may have to circle the lot a few times to find parking. Don't try it if you are pulling a trailer.“

“Owners are super cool!The coffees are really good.Huge assortment of beans roasted at different levels.Some dice rolling to help you pick out a bean to start your day with a little excitement before your caffeine punch.Treats and sweets and lots of gems and decorations from various places.Clean and tribalesque really great little shop.Come give them the support !“
“This a good place to meet with friends. It has this social ambiance that make you feel alive .There will groups of people, some just drinking coffee, some working on something and some using the place as a meeting point. But they all seem to be having a good time.The coffee is excellent.“
“I am delayed in writing this review, but don’t you delay on trying this gem. My niece took me & a friend on Friday. The atmosphere is warm & inviting, with an added layer of positive energy coming from the staff. The place is VERY accommodating to dietary needs/restrictions & staff are very patient. It was difficult to choose just one of the numerous delights they offer. Each one perfectly prepared, Michelin star perfect. We settled on the triple chocolate mouse with a flourless chocolate torte. Time seemed to stop on my first bite. My tastebuds danced with happiness, my eyes closed and a joyous song played in head. The mouse was so light and creamy, the torte was flavourful and provided just the right amount textural contrast. There was a thin glaze on top which provided just the right amount of sweetness to blend everything harmoniously. I may have embarrassed myself as I got lost in the moment, but it was definitely worth it. My only regret, I didn’t have a whole piece for myself. I will be back the next time I am in town. “Great place. inside Chapters bookstore. Was looking for a souvenir mug that said Starbucks Canada ( I'm from the USA) but didn't see any. Nonetheless the caramel macchiato was delicious! Starbucks is a treat for me as I live in Brooklyn NY and the nearest Starbucks is 2 miles away. Not convenient.“
