If there is -5, I would give it.
Visited with two Sri Lanka friends and their little boy from Moncton. Clearly the Cora Fredericton is racist business. We stand there waiting to be seated for 10 minutes. Half of the tables were empty. Two servers and manager passed by, no greetings. The boy went to bathroom and came back. Still nothing happened.
They just ignored us. The manager would rather place napkins on fresh tables rather than helping. I feedback him saying we have been waiting more than 5 minutes. Guess how he responded, “do you see what we are operating?” wow, brilliant. It’s definitely my fault. I didn’t know this is KK Kanteen. I thought Fredericton is part of Canada, a Maritime town. Not even happening in any red states I’ve been. Wow, brilliant businesses, brilliant staff, brilliant value you deliver! Feel totally lucky we didn’t spend a dime here.
End up going to Gahan House nearby - a right place to go.
If you are coloured, don’t even get in! Don’t call it Cora, call it KK Kanteen. What you get is being starred like living in a zoo. The manager would whisper to the teenagers and make them laugh at us. Wow, brilliant culture!
Good luck, the earlier you close down the business, the better world it is.

I came with a friend at around 9.30, it was quieter and the waitress seated us as soon as we got in the door. We took our time ordering. I did not expect such a large menu. Prices were on par with most brunch places. I had scrambled eggs, multigrain toast, some fruit, a strawberry-banana smoothie, baked beans with pork, and potatoes with sauteed mushrooms and caramelized onions. My only complaints were that the onions were burnt to a crisp, and that a smoothie alone was $7. The waitress was really nice and patient with us. I will probably come again with that friend the next time she visits.Vegetarian options: Lots of fruit and "Beyond Meat" stuff.Dietary restrictions: They let you have gluten-free bread, but you have to ask for it.Parking: Both sides of the street have free parking, but there are some hours where it is not permitted. There are also spots in the alley, bu the college and library, or down in the York Street parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Kids love sugary breakfasts, and booths offer plenty of space.Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk slopes down next to the alleyway, but I do not remember there being any door buttons.

Cora restaurant provides a diverse breakfast menu with complimentary black coffee refills. While the dishes are fresh and generally good, some may find them mildly lacking in spices. Personalizing the experience by adding salt, pepper, and condiments can enhance satisfaction. Overall, a satisfying breakfast spot with variety. But I don’t give 5 star as I enjoyed the appearance of the breakfast more than its taste!

Always a great spot for breakfast. We go here quite often and love the strawberry waffles and rosemary Sunday! Staff are really nice and food is prepared quickly. I do find when ordering delivery it is not as pleasant, but in person it's
The fudge they give away for free... I would pay for it. Melts in your mouth. I get the Cora breakfast. I am happy every time. The pancakes are so good.

Don't go to Cora's if you are hungry. We waited one hour yesterday for our food- table for 4 so it should not have been that long a wait. The waitress apologized on the slow service from the kitchen several times but no offer of free coffee or whatever. They must be very short of staff! Cora's is not what it used to be.

If you are an Asian, I would recommend you not to go there. Mallory the server will give you a dirty look full of discrimination. Racism radar is high. Nothing special about the food. You can get any similar food with better taste from any other restaurant.

First time going to Cora's it was ok but the girl didn't get our orders right and they had to take the food back and make it over again it still wasn't right I just didn't bother to say anything the second time. so it wasn't a great experience for a first timer.

One of the best places to get breakfast in the city! You might be waiting a while (20-35 minutes, in my experience) to get your food, though, depending on the time of day.

The food was superb and the service was outstanding. We went in as a family that was not having an awesome morning. We left smiling because of waitress was so friendly, prompt and accurate that you just couldn't help smiling back!
