First of all everything here is beautifully made, it's almost a shame to eat the chocolates. I said almost! They are both delicious and creative flavors, there's something for everyone. A true gem of Fredericton.

The store, like their chocolates is pristine, adding to the overall fancy atmosphere.They have several options for goodies without being overwhelming and everything I've had so far has been wonderful. The brioche croissant was flaky, soft and all kinds of buttery deliciousness. The chocolates, equally delicious and sheer perfection. From the gloss to the colours and bold flavour combos, there's something for every taste and a lot for someone like myself who loves most things food related.The owner, Nancy, was great to chat with and I learned a lot about the chocolate and their process at the same time. I can't wait to try their other pastries, macarons, ice cream and assorted chocolate goodies.Update Sep 29: I've been a few times now and purchased different things each time (and chocolate bonbons every time!). There is seriously nothing Nancy can't do. Bonbons, Cream Puffs, Canelés, Brioche Croissants and everything jam packed with such unique flavours for this part of the country. Everything here is a delight for the eyes and the tastebuds.

Met Nancy today as my fiancée and I are planning our wedding and looking at doing these for wedding favours. We sat on our deck this evening and tried each of the Bonbon’s individually and each was delicious! Presentation was also a 10/10 and her location is beautiful! Thanks Nancy! We will be in soon to make the plans for the wedding favours!

Perfect texture, amazing flavours and made beautiful. The shop and all their goodies looks elegant and their price isnt expensive. I will definetely go back for more macarons.

I highly recommend you pop by Fancy Bites, on Northside Freddie, to get some delicious gourmet chocolates and dark chocolate sponge toffee…they are to die for. As you can see they were so delicious, Peter and I had intended to only eat one, we couldn’t stop at one! The Guinness chocolates are the BOMB! Don’t wait, (glad I didn’t) they won’t last until St. Patrick’s Day. ????

Such beautiful products you almost don’t want to eat them. Had a salted caramel macaron that looked and tasted amazing. An assortment of chocolates that were beautiful and delicious, a great treat for you or a gift for someone else. Lots of other fun treats to try next time, all with a beautiful location too. 10/10
