I tried to order through the APP ... i did not think it went through so i called the location to see whether they had my order or not AND to change my pick up time. First time i called someone hung up on me ... second time i called someone answered then left me on the line . ... i ended up gojng somewhere else but i will have to check my credit card to see if i got charged. I only wanted the special $5 49 plus tax

Upon entering I had to wait 15 minutes while the waitress talked in Filipino to a guy. Then after I order I had to wait over 30 minutes for my box meal..I was given no drink to go fill or receipt for proof of purchase and after finally receiving food the burger was cold and no gravy as ordered what happen to customer service ? It was horrible I do not plan to return

Management is not doing well by their employees. Ordered zinger box and when I got to the window the manager was disrespecting an employee who did nothing wrong. Manager came over to me and offered 1 chicken tender instead of wings, I said if there is two ill take the tenders. Manager refused and frustrated with me said you must wait 7 minutes for the wings. I said okay and she continued to badger the employee with he arms raised in the air. Not a fan of how this was handled and could have been much easier. Waited 12 minutes for my food and didn't received the spicy mayo that I was additionally charged for.

Waited over 45+ mins at McDonald’s, for two burger meals.. I canceled my order and decided to drive over to KFC to be severed 2 chicken meals under 14 mins.Will he going to KFC from now!

Absolutely the WORST service and food I have gotten from there! I’ve been there 3/4 times and you’d think I’d learn after the first time I got half a bucket of grease then I don’t get what I pay for or they take the order the wrong way!! ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!! Living 40 minutes out of town and working 16/17 hours a day I don’t have time to check the bags! NEVER AGAIN ?

Extremely poor service constantly out of white meat and constantly refuses to cook more chicken so they will have white meat for example today May 25, 2023. I showed up asking for a four piece box meal and they refused to cook any more chicken because their trays are full of dark meat. I explain to them that they’re open until 1 AM. It is currently 830 and they still refused very very poor service.

Gross. Ordered a bucket for a party spent a huge sum of money and got nothing but dark meat under cooked fries. Don’t get me started on the salads. Do people a favour and close this store down before you kill someone
