Other than that, it was absolutely delicious. They even allowed me to look at their lettuce, and it was green. Because prepared to wait for 30 minutes for fresh chicken.- They have their phone on mute, so don't even try calling in to order. Half the dine-in is closed after roughly 8:30PM. No napkins - only per request. But they are very friendly and accept corrections reasonably.- Cramped space and unclean tables even when it's not busy. A container of cold sanitizer was setting outside near the fountain for drinks. Very repulsive imo. The wifi doesn't work, and they don't seem to mind that their phone is on mute.

It’s been a couple of years since I’ve had KFC and I’ll never waste my money there again. $43 for a 14 piece bucket of overcooked grease. Yuck! Not to mention that there wasn’t a single breast. Do yourself a favor, save your money or go elsewhere!

We ordered online but it didn't let us pick a time, or maybe we missed the option, either way it suddenly said it's going to be ready in 10 minutes. Spent 15+ minutes trying to call the store, it would ring and then click like they hung up on us. Had to cancel our order because we didn't need it so early in the day. Really awful service.

Terrible spot, I've seen kids of the workers running around in behind the counter and playing with the pop machine in here. Food is always bad, service is usually bad. There is one guy there that is good. I may need to get my mental capabilities tested because for whatever reason I continue to go back. Probably just reminiscing on what use to be. Not anymore this place is garbage. I'm done.

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER. insanely poor and unreliable staff (there is ONE worker at this particular store that is awesome), the food quality is by far the worst i’ve seen at a fast food place, it’s just a known fact that this is the worst KFC in the city the parking lot and drive thru is empty most of the time. it’s 10000% worth it to travel across the river to a better location like in the mall or on prospect...
