Not a very good McDonald's. A simple smartie's McFlurry came out as just a vanilla McFlurry with a little smarties sprinkled on top, not to mention the long wait time and inappropriate attitude some of the employees have.

We had no wait to get the food in drive thru, but it took an extra 5 minutes if you can imagine for them to serve us our 2 medium orange juices...and we were asked to pull up to the next window! Absolutely ridiculous ?

McDonald's on prospect is alright just really wish they would update there time thier dining room is open at. On Google it says it's open at 5 am, but in reality it's 6 am. I've told the manager to update the time. Just woke up for nothing and arriving at McDonald's with disappointment.

AWFUL SERVICE DO NOT COME.Drive-thru IS NOT 24 hrs, poor service when they actually are open.I work night shift nearby and used to come here frequently to acquire food, but now if you com at 3am or 4am they will tell you they are "closed for shift change." For two hours? I've never seen such a thing anywhere else in my life.Also the food here is lazily made and always sloppy or squished. They will frequently forget your dipping sauce and sometimes even sides like fries. Your burger will have all the pickles piled in the middle and NONE of your food will be warm.Please I AM BEGGING YOU to spend your money elsewhere.

I kind of hate McDonald's from a corporate standpoint but I can't deny the customer experience was decent. The new ordering via touch screens is great and when we were there one of the staff came around and gave my daughter a balloon.
Woman that worked in the back part of the kitchen wasn’t wearing her gloves she was not washing her hands either then I noticed that she was touching garbage bags after she made the meals and then came back after cooking other people’s meal wish I got her name she should loose her career.Another thing was that the chicken was raw not cooked properly we had no where else to eat on. Christmas day everything else was closed left us having to eat an undercooked meal Monday December 25/2023

I was there on sunday jan 26 around 8:20pm The guy working at back cash was unknown to the collegues he dont know the names of coworkers 2nd thing I just want to make some changes in coupon and he called tge lady wearing specs was kind of rude to me and yelled on me i was litterally so polite to them because i can understand their situation too but that girl has disrespected me and make weird faces and smashed door on my face while i was paying i feel very bad corporate needs to take action on these people specially on that girl weari g specs look indian

Not sure why my fries came unsalted. Huge disappointed I was expecting the classic McDonalds Fries only to get an unflavoured batch of potatoes. From now on I will be sure specify salted fries when I order.
