I've lived in the Fredericton area for alot of years and have somehow miss out on this gem of a pizza joint!Amazing, warm and professional customer service paired with delicious pizza!!!I 10000% recommended trying the cream cheese stuffed crust!!! It's absolutely killer!!

Been placing orders for a few weeks every Saturday get Donaire pitza and this Saturday order Donaire pitza and get home was was a pitza with the works and she said that's what I ordered which I never almost call me a lier lady taking orders can't speak good enough for this job never getting any thing again my hole family is done with this

I went there and order 3 items, we waited for more than 45 minutes and haven’t got my food. Staffs are very rude and never apologized to us and when I asked them for refund they haven’t gave us confirmation receipt back. Hopefully I will receive my money back. Never offer to take food for free of charge or not a single time said sorry to us. I have wasted my tip as well which they are not entitled to keep it. They wasted our hour of time without getting anything. It was very bad, ridiculous and disrespectful customer service ever. Staff really needs to learn customer service and courtesy for sure. I do appreciate call from manager or owner of the business to listen my complain. When I called for complain that supervisor lady was raising her voice and still wasn’t apologizing to me. She was very rude person ever. Supervisor need to first learn how to talk with client. I called on April 6th, 2024 around 4:15 pm.

Just had a donair, asked for both sauces and received it like a wet diaper. I usually like this place but I will not be back. Everything was wet and soggy. Staff doesn’t care obviously. Hopefully they can fix this but I’m going to pepper creek from now on.

Terrible in all departments.Orderd 12 subs and a donair for delivery.Wait time extremely very long, food poor quality (very little toppings), and customer service very bad (when they messed up the order).Don't waste your money!Much better places in the city to order food

Pizza and garlic square was good, altho they could have put a little more cheese on the pizza, the wings were all breading and fat.I asked for NO bacon bits in my garlic square, they put them on, thanks.1 of my 2 cans of Diet Coke expired in “Dec 12, 2022(its march of 2024)” it had a gold top. The other was fine. I called them to let them know they are selling expired POP.When paying(cash), The girl walked away and didn’t give me my change($4.79), a few mins later I told her, so she came back and gave me my change.. then went into the back and was say to her coworkers “I gave him his change!..”well if you “say or think” you gave me my change then why didn’t you challenge me? I would have showed you I only had $4.79 in my pocket so if you gave me my change where did it go?Meh, the reviews say it all, next time I’ll go to the gas station and get pizza.

I've tried their pizzas twice in the last 4 years. The wait time is quite long, and, honestly, it's not something extraordinary worth waiting that long for. Maybe I'd give it a shot once a year, but it's not my first choice in town.

Honestly, very disappointed in our most recent visit. We don’t get to have New England that often anymore because we moved outside of the city, so we always look forward to an opportunity when it comes up, but I’m not sure we’ll be back.We placed our order at 4:30 and asked for a 5:30 pick up. When we arrived at 5:25 we were told it was just going in. No problem- we paid and then we took a seat to wait. People came and went and still our order did not come out or get called.When we approached the counter at 6pm, it took no less than 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge and address us. When we asked again for our order the person working went out back, took a walk around then returned empty handed only to reach onto a shelf and grab 2 boxes.When they were handed to me, they were ice cold. They had clearly been sitting for sometime. We asked how long they had been sitting there and the worker simply shrugged their shoulders. We pointed out that the pizza was cold and once again we were met with a shrug of the shoulders. And now after it sitting on a shelf for no less than 25 minutes and a 20 minute drive home we’re eating cold pizza that we paid a fair price plus tip for. The cream cheese stuffed crust is good, but not that good.A little bit of sincerity and customer service could have saved this whole transaction, but shrugged shoulders and overall dismissal of our concerns with the quality is what has us most disappointed.
