I'll give two stars only because of the customer service experience we received when calling in about a pizza that was poorly made despite the requests provided. Thankfully we were given a few options to correct the order.
Ordered pizza, got the completely wrong pizzas than ordered, even though the box labels were correct.The manager did offer me 2 free pizzas as compensation, which i ordered online, hoping that would fix any mixup about toppings. However it did not, and toppings were still mixed up.Pretty mediocre pizza and service.

Huge huge shoutout to the worker at Papa John's tonight. They were super super busy and it had been an hour since we placed the order. He answered the phone and went out of his way to get the delivery to us. I wish I would've had something to tip him with when he showed up. Thank you so so much. Next time we order I'll make sure we come by the store to thank you for this time :)
