The Pickle Jar has fantastic staff and is such a great place to eat and relax. It quickly became my favourite breakfast spot and you have to try Sarah’s Mother’s Meatloaf - trust me on this.
A hidden gemstone in the heart of downtown Fredericton. The food is phenomenal from start to finish. The service was very prompt. If only it was the norm to eat dessert first..their desserts are the bomb!!

For a hotel restaurant, the atmosphere is easy going enough to not off put a more casual diner, but nice enough that dinner feels nice and upscale. Food is excellent, and the menu push for vinegar/pickled/fermentation leads to some unique and delivious food. Easily one of the best restaurants in town.
