I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. Was there with my wife and three kids.-we ordered Cat pizzas. Received regular pizza and was told it was only the ears and candies missing. This is the whole point of the meal…-Dessert was served still frozen. Received a soup spoon to eat it.-They had a promotion during march. This was not applied to bill. I shouldn’t have to request it.-Waited to be alone with the server to share my deception regarding the kids meals. The answer was that I was the one to blame because i didn’t ask for news pizzas… imagine the scenario returning the kids pizzas while the adults are eating….

Extremely fast, professional and Extremely good quality food! Amazing prices that are definitely some of the best! This is a restaurant I would highly recommend to anyone wanting an extremely good place to either eat in or take out! The food is definitely one of the best to eat from on the south side uptown in Fredericton by a long shot! To pass by is definitely to miss out!!

Make sure if you order pizza and a sauce via delivery that you specify you don't want the sauce container in the middle of the pizza. Very unappetizing and can't be sanitary. Now there's just a giant mushed down circle in the centre of the pizza I bought someone to make them feel better and god knows who touched the container before they put it in the pizza. I hope saving a 3¢ on a paper bag for the sauce was worth losing a customer.

Ordered and prepaid some nachos for pick up after work. Got there and while they were busy I waited my turn, told me it would be just another 6 minutes. I waited another 40 plus minutes just for them to tell me that they ran out of it, while 2 dozen other customers came in and picked up their food. He apologized and made it with chicken instead, and wrote down on a vlank piece of paper i would get a free nachos and garlic bread on my next visit instead of refunding me my order

I like this place, the food is good, the staff are nice. It's just a little overpriced compared to other restaurants serving the same stuff. Best donair sauce in the city!!

I eat at Pizza Delight a lot and this is the worst one. Two of the meatballs of the four in my spaghetti were so hard that I couldn't even cut them with a sharp knife.

Seating for 2. Waited 15 mins for waiter to ask if we wanted something to drink. Placed our order- a large pizza and a salad to share.Over 45 minutes passed and we're still sitting there with our tap water in a plastic glass. I asked if we could have our salad at least. He couldn't remember what salad was ordered.All staff seemed to be focused only on Skip the Dishes and customer pick-up orders. Lots of pizza, etc, leaving the location. But nothing coming to us who were seated.We then looked at each other. This is close to an hour now. We got up and just let the waiter know we weren't staying. Please cancel our order and walked out.Update Note: it was suggested to contact Pizza Delight via email. All I got was another apology. No offer of "How can we make this better for you? Or, "Here, have a large pizza of your choice, on us!". Zero. Nadda. What was the point in contacting them after they saw this review?Great customer service is a thing of the past, apparently.
