Not impressed ordered and when I got there to pick up my order the price was increased by 6 dollars. I showed the cashier and she just said well some prices differ. If it’s on the website menu for a price it should be that price. Never again Fredericton Smythe street location charged me $37 dollars and change pics show the price online $32 dollars

I got ripped off! Ordered online 3 Medium pizzas for pick up at Smythe St location. I got charged $77, and later found out from a friend that you have a deal on for 3 medium pizzas for $34.99! Also, they were all overcooked, one was actually burnt,and tasteless I called, and the male worker was so rude, he did not care that I am a senior on fixed income, and got cheated out of $42!! He was very aggressive verbally, it was terrible! Myself, all my family and friends will Never order from Pizza Hut again. I was robbed!!

Cold pizza, cheese was not cooked, when I went to pick up Guy inside was listening music thru earbuds. I called him 5-7 times then I entered into the restaurant still he was busy playing music. Very careless staff.

Unfortunately, everything is overcooked. The thin and crispy crust is not crispy, it is burnt and gross and very disappointing, and it is very hard to find a piece of ham on my Hawaiian. The pepperonis are all crunchy on the pepperoni pizza, not very happy, but at least the handcrafted crust has a better taste. Not happy I paid almost $50 and really wish I didn't even have to eat it, but what other option do I have at this point? Breadsticks also over cooked and blackened. App didn't work and we had to go on-site to order as well and wait 25-30 min. We will not be returning.*UPDATE* I have lowered my rating even further as I spent the following day very ill, and the other who ate the meal also having stomach and bowel issues. My guess is cross contamination or improper food storage causing food poisoning. I make this assumption based on the symptoms we experienced and the sight of the food giving a clear appearance of a restaurant that does not have pride in what they are serving.

I thought I’d give this location another try since my last bad experience, but it was absolutely So Gross ?, I think it was or at least tasted like old pizza and it was burntObviously they don’t take pride in what they do ?
Ordered the meat lovers melt and 5 boneless chicken bites and a Pepsi. The meat lovers melt is extremely delicious and packed full of meats and cheese and lets not forget to mention the parmesan cheese coating on the outer crust. Very filling and great value as well. Would recommend and will be back for sure.
