Our server milo was great, but we couldn’t help but notice how busy it was for only one server to be present. It seemed like he would’ve been able to give us a fantastic experience if he had been able to take his time and not rush off to the other tables. It was very busy and from what we saw there were no other servers. Food was good. Music was decent. Definitely needed more people on the floor…

What is the point in selling gift cards if you will not accept them? Tried paying for a pickup order with a gift card but the person taking the order was extremely unhelpful, she did not pay attention during the transaction and when the gift card would not work with the machine she asked if i had another card I could pay with instead of trying to figure out why the gift card didn’t go through. Why sell them at all. Would have been nice to have someone wait on me that wanted to help.

The GUY is very RUdE..........Waited for my order for more than 20 min in there and the guy works at the bar area came and Said;" You are annoying other customers ". While I was waiting patiently. Who does he think he is ???Why do they hire these kinds of people?????

Could not rate the food, as we sat for 20 minutes without any service. Tables that were seated after us received their drinks and had their orders taken before us. We didn't even receive water. This would have been 1830h on the 9th of March 2024. When telling staff we were leaving and didn't receive service, they showed little care. I won't return and will not recommend this place.

The service was awful, took over 15 minutes just to receive drinks. Not a single person in the family enjoyed the food. The chicken was over cooked the fries and cheese curds were cold and the gravy was luke warm at best. The waitress asked how our food was and we explained our issues. Although she did offer replacement we declined and nothing was taken off the bill. It’s too bad, we were looking forward to a great experience. We will not be returning.

I was in last week... who is the new manager? Kunj was awful to my group of friends and I. I will never be back as long as he works at St. Louis. I'm just about a weekly regular and I've never been so insulted and degraded by service in my life. GET HIM OUT. I won't be back until he's gone. Huge mistake replacing Shea with this dude.

came here for valentines with another couple last night. Our appetizers came cold two minutes before our mains and even that took about 40 minutes. Our server didn’t bother to ask us if we wanted any more drinks and when we tried flagging him down he would pretend he didn’t notice and sneak off into the kitchen. In the 2.5 hours we were there we were only served one drink each and he didn’t even bother to refill my sisters Pepsi. The food was honestly pretty good aside from the rings which were almost burnt in the fryer and of course our apps were cold but we all had burgers and fries and they were very tasty. Will not be coming back here due to what I believe to be incompetence from the manager. Who schedules two servers and a host on the second busiest day of the year? I can only assume multiple people called in and the manager refused to help his front of house staff.

Was in for the SuperBowl. My server was Dakota and eventually it became Avery. Both of them were wonderful. SuperBowl is probably one of their busiest nights of the year and they both handled it with grace and excellence. Everything I ordered came quickly and though not everything I ordered was to my taste, I had a wonderful time and I enjoyed myself so much. As a fellow server I was proud of them for slaying. I'll be back :)

Went to St. Louis bar and grill tonight for my son’s 2nd birthday. Upon arrival we were seated in a booth that looked like it came out of slasher’s flick. Both booths had huge gashes in them so we had to be sure that our toddler didn’t get into the seat stuffing.We had reasonable service, with long wait times. We orderd a quesadilla, a large nacho with their new chicken and dill sauce recipe, pizza dough, mozzarella sticks and French fries. We both had fountain drinks.Food took more than 30 minutes to arrive. We got our first drinks decently quick.When we got our food, our pizza dough, nachos and mozzarella sticks were all cold. The plates were so hot they could burn you but the temp of our food inside was warm to cool. The mozza sticks tasted like fish and the chicken on topOf our nachos was clearly so old that when we pointed it out to our waitress she responded with “ewww that’s disgusting”We were told that they fry all the food in the same oil and there was nothing they could do about the mozzarella sticks.They offered to remake the nachos. Which was an appreciated gesture but after seeing the state ofThe chicken they topped the nachos with I had long since lost my desire to eat anything.We were then charged for the rest of our meal.Our service was slow but not slow enough that I would have left before my food, but after having eaten it and struggling, trying to now survive the consequences. I wish our service had been worse so I wouldn’t be suffering now.Manager never came to check on our table and we left after paying our bill.This used to be our favourite restaurant but it seems like they have stopped reinvesting in the business and everything seems like it’s not the topNotch bar and grill it once was.

My husband and I enjoy going here but tonight the service was very disappointing. We had been waiting with a line up behind us for about 30 minutes to get a table. It was super busy so understandable. What really annoyed us was after waiting for half an hour a group of men came in and called one of the servers over. They were friends so they get seated immediately while the rest of us continued to wait. They did not have a reservation. I understand the position he was put in however it was unprofessional. It did not make me want to wait longer and give my money to this restaurant. That being said the server that did this ended up waiting on us and was great.
