I waited quite a while for my order which when ordering through the app always comes in spurts with multiple drinks. I understand though as this seems to be the busiest Starbucks I've ever visited... everytime.

Slowest service known to man… waited 45 minutes for a mobile order of 2 coffees.

Always delicious, expensive compared to other shops but worth it for the occasional treat.Over popular and over crowded now. Unless you time your visits for off hours there are long lines and long waits no matter if you go inside or use the drive through. Still good quality but due to crowding, take out recommended.

I placed a mobile order at 11:20 am. At 12:00 pm it still wasn’t ready and I had to leave the store to go to work. I called and asked for a refund and the girl said I have to go through the app, which is fine I get that but then I said they should be shutting down mobile orders until they are caught up because about 30 other people were also there waiting for drinks and had been waiting just as long. The girl said “that’s not m choice it’s a managers choice, we can’t help how busy we are”! I said “okay well your manager needs to close down mobile ordering”. She said “that’s up to them”. That’s when I hung up because you can’t argue with ignorant. I will not order from this location again. I work two customer service jobs so I definitely understand being busy and backed up BUT you need to recognize when to communicate with people! Aweful service.

There was garbage all over the floor and the store was so loud it was hard to hear the workers calling out orders and while ordering. When we got our drinks, they were made wrong and tasted terrible.

Very dirty, 25 minutes to get a simple drink. No seating staff was OK but if you go in expect to wait 10 times longer than if you go through a drive-through they seem to push those orders through faster. Prices are extremely overpriced. I watched employees make drink after drink without washing any of the cups they make them in or utensils. Starbucks is the most overrated garbage in history. Why people drink this I have no idea.

Atmosphere is not good. Students fill up the cafe and don’t care. A local hangout for the high schoolers.** don’t waste your time and wait around for your drink when there are high school students in this

Staff is always wonderful but you are looking at a minimum 10 min wait for your drink. Mobile orders seem to get priority even when no one is there to pick it up and there is a bunch of customers milling around and waiting for their order they placed at the counter (this is nothing to do with staff, management/corporate would be coming up with and enforcing this rule, so its not the staff's fault). Also, most Starbucks locations offer lots of seating as well but this one was newly renovated and now it's mostly a big open echoing standing space to wait for your order. Only three tables pushed against one wall, despite all the room. It feels pretty obvious this location doesn't want customers to stick around long.

Amazing, kind and always positive staff.What a wonderful location and such positive vibes.It does get busy here in the mornings and especially the weekends but the staff are always hard working and treat all customers with care and respect.
