Poor customer service, non trained staff at drive thru window,items available to order online but at the window they said not available and its four hours before closing.I had to cancel my order and it took long time to done.

7 times I have tried to but a Walnut Crunch at this and other locations. Why can't they make enough to satisfy customers. Today I ordered Chicken Bacon Ranch. They were out of Crispy Chicken so they subbed for Slow Cooked Chicken Mush. Then they were out of Wedges and subbed for Hash Browns.Not a pleasant experience. Snow and Ice was in front of both doors.Wheelchair accessibility: Ice and Snow in front of Handicapped Parking and Entrance.

This location could easily give the chain a bad name if not familiar with Tim Hortons. Super Slow, dirty. 1 person working cash, 1 person walking around doing nothing behind cash. At least 4 working at the drive-through. The male bathroom renovations are ongoing, but nobody was working on it. Would consider this a priority to get sorted out.

I couldn't even order and had to walk out ! I have no idea why you can't hire people who atleast speak English !!! Like really , I'm very surprised your company is actually still in business!! It's unbelievable

I think we can all agree that a big part of starting the day on a good note begins with a decent breakfast. I appreciate the extra effort the staff put into my breakfast but please hold the head lice and dandruff. Some folks appreciate the extra protein and effort but I do not and I guess it was my fault for assuming that I didn't have to mention that. I will be sure to specify next time, assuming there is a next time.It's 5am, I have walked that CSR beat for most of my life so the last thing I expect at that god forsaken hour is a service with a smile and a bj but please hold the extra protein

They really need to reduce the hours because it is running these employees into the ground, but corpo doesn't care.Parking: A whole bunch of spots, either in front of the store, or by the FREX.Kid-friendliness: Lots of junk food and crowds, but we know you love Timmies too much to put your child's needs first.

I was shocked today at how filthy the women’s bathroom was at the Smythe St location. There was blood spattered on the bathroom stall wall! I have never seen such a dirty sink! Filthy floor. Not acceptable!On a positive note, the staff was great as was the food.
