Horrible experience. Went inside because the drive-thru was so chaotic and long. Inside it seemed to have very disorganized staff and no Direction. The focus seem to be getting people out of the line but not delivering their orders The staff were friendly enough and polite. Felt that they should have concentrated on filling the orders they had taken instead taking multiple orders at the same time.

Polite staff. Counted a dozen staff. Seemed very chaotic. Seven people behind me got their food orders and left before I had received second of two cups of coffee. Brewed a fresh pot and then it sat while they busied with other things. I wasn't the only one standing and waiting. Asked and just told it was coming. My wife asked me when I finally returned why vehicles around her pulled up, people went in and came out with food and left before I made it out. Not first such experience at this location. There are other Tim's in the area. Be worth the drive to a different one.

Used to love this tim hortons location, but not anymore. It’s gone so down hill, the employees don’t care about the food and drinks that they are handling and they act really rude most of the time. I bit into my sausage farmers wrap this morning and there was so many egg shells that I couldn’t even eat it. I immediately started spitting it out, it tasted raw and disgusting. Sad that you have to pay a for food like this. What a waste.
You had one job my friends! I was your only customer, I waited 20mins in your very unclean store to find a 1.5” long piece of wood in my wrap ?♀️ never again!
