We had a lovely dinner. The Scallops were amazing! Better yet was the service from Brenton, our server. It was my husband’s birthday, and when I mentioned this to Brenton as we were leaving, he ran to the kitchen and got him a bidpg slice of cake to go. Just made a lovely evening even better.

We have seen many top reviews online and we have been to Wolastoq on 2 separate occasions. Our first visit was good our second visit was poor. Our biggest complaint was the waitress. She was curt and rushed us through the whole experience. When we showed our discomfort her behaviour changed but it just didn't make up for her attitude or her behaviour. It was an expensive meal and we deserved better. We did tip 15 % but it was not warranted. My dinner was not hot and there was a long dark hair in my meal. Put me right off and I didn't mention it. I should have. My husbands meal was overcooked salmon. My grandsons lobster was terrific. Dessert was awesome. The waitress should find a different job. We were so disappointed. We were so looking forward to dinner with our grandson.

It was nice to return to Wolastoq Wharf, and have the food be so much better than a year ago. Entrees were plentiful, well thought out with regards to assembly, and a feast for the eyes.
