10/10 would go again I go almost everyday for lunch when I'm at work and everytime it's a good atmosphere to be in. Everyone is smiling and as soon as I walk in they already have my order ready to go and almost know me by name even the owner or manager asked me how I was doing today. The workers the front counter are super friendly and make sure you are taken care of. The food is pretty good my only complaint is the bun seems a bit damp but honestly it's not that bad. Oh and one more thing now this is my experience but I've been going for a good 2 months now and they have never messed up my order not even ones I'm not going to name names but there neighbor should learn a thing or two from DQ

Don't waste your time here. This location cuts corners and skimps on toppings to save money. Their blizzards only have toppings in the top 1/3 at best. Go to Newcastle for a proper dairy queen!

I'm curious as to why there is such a difference between the Grilled Chicken Salads from Newcastle to Chatham! Newcastle's is very colorful with a variety of vegetables but Chatham's is pathetic looking. 1st time it happened I thought it was a 1 off but just happened again! ?

This is the 'older concept' store and we never want it to change. I know it's a Diary Queen, and you'd think it would be like any other Dairy Queen, however, it's not; this is the best and our favorite Dairy Queen we have been to. The place also has a bowling alley too, which is such a nostalgic spot for so many people who grew up here! Recently updated and renovations were completed to the DQ and its very clean and tidy!

Very nice restaurant to stop for lunch. The washrooms were SO CLEAN! I actually mentioned to the girl taking our order how impressed I was with them. Also they smelled good! Not like some places you go.Had the new backyard BBQ burger and it was AMAZING!??

The younger staff was great. The 2 stars missing is for missing items. One was caught by staff and one by me before leaving. Realized there were missing fries when I got home. The older staff would have been a manager. Made me feel I was lying about having an online order right away. Saving grace in that situation was the younger staff that helped.
