I think I really would have enjoyed eating there if my service wasn't terrible. We waited 15 mins just to be acknowledged at the table, waited another 10 mins just for menus. Took another 15 mins before we were able to order and food ( we were at this restaurant for 45 mins right about then). The food was quick and then almost waited 30 mins for the bill.. our server barely came to our table. To refill drinks. I dont feel like being stuck in a restaurant for 3 hours just for dinner.

Food was tasty, fun décor, and was pleasantly busy on a Saturday evening. Great when you have kids in tow, as they can keep busy with the kids menu activities as well as web-based games accessible via QR code. Service was quick, but when we asked for refills, it took about 10min before our server got back to us with our drinks. Not a big deal. Overall 5 stars!Kid-friendliness: Lots to keep kids busy! Fun moustache sticker and activities to keep kids smiling ?

Honestly one of the worst dining experiences I've had in quite some time. We had the mozzarella sticks and they were very good. Hot and crispy on the outside with a great cheese pull. My gf got the peach rose frozen drink and it was delicious. The only other appetizing thing we had was the kids fingers meal for her son. It really all just went downhill from there. The Budda Boomers that we received had a very chemical taste to them (tasted as if the dishes were washed and replaced on the line to be used while still having sanitizer in them). The tasting trio was cold and the chicken parm on it was burnt.(I've been a chef for 20+ years and you could easily tell by the dried out pasta that it had sat in the window for quite some time.) They did remove it from the bill. My fettuccine Alfredo had a couple pieces of dry chicken on top and the rest of it was bland with no real taste to it. Every single dirty dish that we managed to accrue sat at the edge of the table for the entire meal. We saw our server maybe 3 times the entire night. Overall it was a terrible experience and I'm sad we wasted our Tuesday night out on going someplace that obviously just doesn't care about the product they put out to their customers. I should also mention that the bowl my pasta came in had a very dark black rim around the inside edge of it. It does not require to much effort to actually clean your plateware. The kitchen manager is not doing a great job of managing his staff on cleaning it seems.

Dont be fool by the nice pictures and menu...I wouldn't waste my money to this restaurant.Ordered a Calzone..check out my picture of it..Gross I would be ashamed to serve this..My husband got chicken Parmigiano the sauce was like Alymer can soup.Delivered to a hotel, ask for utensil..Nothing.Never again.

My partner and I ate at east side Mario’s tonight (Valentine’s Day) and the food was delicious. We had the amour for 2 deal. Our server was Paige and it was the best service we’ve had at any restaurant in a long time. She was an amazing server and even though it was a busy night she did not miss a beat. She always made sure we had everything we needed. Paige was extremely welcoming and always had a smile on her face.
