Review is only on pizza. Poor. Dough is undercooked and slices are soggy instead of crispy. Crusts are bready. Being from ny, a large pie is 18", but here it's 15". Cheese was browned on top which I didn't care for. I got the donair pie, which seemed cheap on meat. Onions are not caramelized. Raw diced tomatoes were tossed in the middle of the pie after it was cooked. Maybe it's bc I'm from ny and used to great pizza, but I've had dollar slices that were better than this.

May 16th at 2pm I oderd the in house deal forb2 donaire and d sm garlic fingers argued with me telling me it did not exist trying to explain to him that I ordered last week he then yelled at me and hung up on me really so I ordered it online 9 call back make sure that you would have is placed into who knows of the deals did exist you again call me a a liar now twice I I don't know if he is this is that you consider good customer service and said his manager is so great

ordered a pizza and garlic fingers at 930 on Friday March 3 and one and a half hrs later still never had pizza delivered called about it and they said had trouble with thier delivery car and was keeping my order warm by sitting it on top of the oven to keep it warm with a order for 66 dollars you think these people would find a way to deliver it they finally tried to deliver it and told them to dont even bother getting out of the car
finally ordered from Freddie's pizza and was ready 25 minutes later

Elmwood Greco is such a great spit. The staff is so friendly and efficient - the food is always fresh - the delivery service is always quick and any delivery order has always been done correctly. Would recommend them

The level of incompetence from these workers is absolutely mind blowing. They cannot follow the most simple of instructions. Greco pizza is good in my opinion but nothing is worth the headache associated with ordering from there.

Ok usually order from Greco on Elmwood drive Moncton and service used to be top notch. Since around dec 2022 this place is horrible. Slow service. Sometimes 45 mins for a pick up order. Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. Get you act together Greco. There’s other spots to order pizaa in Moncton. I suspect you are loosing customers in droves.
