Extremely bland food. Poor service, I had to ask to have my burrito grilled, seriously. Wouldn't put crushed chips on my burrito. Pathetic, low quality hot sauces. Wouldn't recommend, go elsewhere.

Usually a good place to go but the last few times I’ve been in there the service has just been getting worst, had to wait for rice and veggies to be cooked while waiting in line. Very skimpy on the topping had to asked for extra everything, when putting on sriracha I said that’s alright and she just kept putting more. Very not impressed of my visit to this location!

This place is really cool, you can get delicious food quickly that I think is probably pretty healthy.I always enjoy and feel like I'm making the healthy choice when I go here instead of somewhere else for some quick takeout.

I normally don't add low ratings unless someone smiles. Is that simple. I went to this place as a delivery driver and the way the person who was in the counter treated me is really unfriendly and unprofessional. He shouted first asking number (No greeting or smile and I am just 3 feet away from the counter) and I feel like I am not part of his customer care.I hope in future people will learn to respect delivery drivers much more and understand their part of local businesses.Pros. Not much waiting

This beats any McDonald's, TacoBell or pizza hands-on any day! the food is super high quality, flavourful, healthy, fresh and affordable. The staff is super friendly and the design of the entire place from the franchise itself down to the utensils are awesome. totally recommend.

The food is always fresh and delicious and the service is good!
I used to love this place and basically became a regular. However lately the service has been questionable at best. The portions are easily half the size of what they used to be. The lady that did my burrito didn't mix the toppings. She gave me half a scoop of salsa, when I asked for more she said thats the regular serving. Usually the burritos are hard to close this one she had extra tortilla to wrap-around.

Used to love this place and be a regular but unfortunately inflation has now hit here and the burrito bowl is half the size as before, they are so cheap and skimpy with toppings. Go to casca bowl or queseda bowl!!

2.5-3 really. Went to the Morton location, first time trying this chain. Free parking, yay. Had soft tacos and a burrito. Myself and partner both found the food bland and a bit pricey for what you get. Ingredients seemed fresh but no seasoning or heat to speak of. Website says chicken is fresh grilled but seemed like pressed chicken to me. Probably ok for a fast lunch if you don't want anything challenging. Won't return.

Moncton deserves better Mexican/tex-mex food, even from a chain. The tortillas are a gummy mess since they don't bother to grill them (!), and the portions are tiny given how cheap these ingredients are to prepare in large batches. Real corporate "they'll eat anything and pay for it" energy. ?
