Very disappointed went in to order a bucket of chicken for my mother she has wanted mostly breasts n ribs they refused to allow me to order. I got a sorry ma’am we can’t do that. I left went to the other mountain rd location who was happy to accommodate the order.

Go all the the way there to get deal they sent in coupons and because I don't have a credit card was not allowed to get deal no matter that I downloaded stupid app on phone they can shove their chicken ill never go there again looks like Dixie Lee for me or any other chicken place besides

Placed an order online - said it would be ready in 15 mins. Waited 15 mins in the parking lot and went it. Was told it would be another 15 mins!! How long does it take to fry 6 pieces of chicken?? 3 people in the Resto and zero in the drive through - I don't get it. The 30 min wait was the best part of the experience. Have a look at what was in the bucket! I only have one real question for KFC on Mountain Road and that is WTAF??

I find as with most places u get allot less for you buck....I remember when a meal came with a roll and coleslaw....not anymore. Just small amount of fries ...you chicken and fountain pop.Chicken was good though

I came to this store like close to closing. The food wasn’t not that bad, I just didn’t expect the 3 pcs chicken to be smaller. The crew that served me was nice and attentive. The place was somehow clean but other tables were not.
