I can’t believe that happened to my family here in McDonald restaurant this morning. It was a horrible experience. The management here is a mess.my husband ordered a chicken burger with bacon, there was no bacon in it and when asking for help they just put a a piece of bacon on top. My daughter’s burger even had no veggie in it. My son ordered a happy meal with a toy of sonic. They gave him a minion. What a mess of the restaurant.

Went through the drive-through the person taken the order never said a word to us.We had to look at the screen to confirm she was listening and to see what our order was.There was no asking if we wanted anything else.There was no asking what drink we wanted to go with our meal.Drove up to the window to pay, she never confirmed whether we had the right order or not, just had us tap our debit card.The big Mac was good, ?The fries were cold. ?♂️ Glad I have an air fryer at home to heat my fries ? upIt seems they could use a little bit of training with this particular drive-through person.This would have been a good day to stay home from McDonald’s.
