I was served by Emma last night she was an amazing cashier as a manager of a McDonald’s at another location I give her 5 stars ! She deserves crew of the month !!! :) she was so polite and kept her cool when things got super busy !

Got 2 spicy honey chicken sandwiche combos. Added a chocolate milkshake and... had to ask for another. Both were completely vanilla with next to zero chocolate. Come on McDonald's... we expect the same experience at every franchise. Please do better in the future.

Such a pathetic service and food quality is. It was our daily stop over using drive thru, ordering Egg and cheese muffin sandwiches 3 with 3 coffees. 1st order was accurate, next day we had bacon in it despite saying no meat and moreover coffee was given what was not ordered. 3rd day on the same order, 1 sandwich had bacon despite saying no meat, Speaker of drive thru wasn’t working well, (photos for reference) and worst quality of sandwiches.We decided to register a complain but no good answer nor sorry not thank you for choosing McD.Why this happens with all McDs. Will ensure that we never step in/out of McDonald ever.

The new ? muffin sandwich is delish. Plus their ☕ is the best!!!Parking: I once asked for extra mayo on my chicken muffin and they remembered it there after. Very impressed ? ? ? plus the staff are extremely friendly and polite. ?

Refused to fix order asked for no cheese as I’m allergic an they gave me it with cheese very rude refused to serve help or answer me why is it that you hire such ignorant people what happened to customer service I spent money at your franchise an I’m refused to have what I ordered I’m left to starve after I paid 20 dollars for a meal I can’t eat it an I’m tired of it the service of these people is ridiculous the ignorance not to mention the rats running all around outside the building please tell me how your restaurant is still open what happened to hiring good old fashion Canadians who provide a happy experience the kids in school hiring our own people I’m tired of the triggers every time I step in your restaurant it’s unhappy an mean looks they talk about us in they’re language an laugh an make us uncomfortable are you that hurting for money that your letting your restaurant get run into the ground the food quality is garbage burgers just slapped toghter with no effort cold fries an flat pop stale muffins an hard donuts burnt coffee well karma will get you one day for not supporting your own people I’m so over it I’ll make sure to tell the 20 thousands Facebook friends I have how much you just don’t careDietary restrictions: No cheese any way bye

MacD should send out a bulletin to all stores . Have seen a few times,the person taking the caraff out to fill cup of coffee. If it happens to be at the beginning, you get strong expresso which leaves the rest of the pot weak. I'd sooner wait a minute to get a good cup.
