After a somewhat disappointing trip to the Moncton Fish Market for Valentine Day lobster, I posted a comment (regarding the fullness) on Facebook. The owner of the market responded personally to my complaint within an hour and `made it right"... now that's what you call good customer service! We'll be going back.

Love this place. Generally great quality products. Unfortunately, and I know it isn't the market's fault, but the local lobster quality is absolutely brutal. Year after year. Arguably just had my worst experience. Will avoid SE lobster from now on.

Top quality product and fair prices. The staff there is very helpful and the variety is very large. If you can't find the seafood you're looking for there you won't find it anywhere. Be back soon.

We were extremely disappointed at the complete lack of service we received here on Wednesday. When we walked in there was no one behind the counter. We waited and waited. At one point there were 2 people behind the counter but we were still ignored. Finally left. Will not be returning .
Crab was delicious, fresh as it came right out of the shell. Service was excellent. Great choice!

The gentleman who works in office is very rude. I am a 66 year old lady, picked up a box of fish on a cold winter day and was not even offered to have it brought to my vehicle. I WILL NEVER go in there again!!!!

Moncton Fish Market needs to style up. Last month, we went there to buy seafood. The store was open. There were 5 clients. The lady kicked us out saying they were not open yet. Yet, the door was open. Go figure.Today, I drove to Moncton and went to that store. It is closed Saturday and Sunday. Who even does that? Like, the whole week, we are working and we go food shopping on the weekend. Sunday might be pushing it but the shop is closed on Saturday.As much as their products are to die for, their working hours are archaic. I am a very unhappy customer. MLN
