I went to get dog food next door. When I walked out, I thought to myself, I was going to get little Caesars, but why not try something new. I walked in. Briefly checked out the menu because the staff in the back were talking with each other and didn't bother to look up once and say hey there be right with you, nothing. They knew I was there. After looking at the menu for a bit, I look back, and they're still back there talking. So I think fine. Being new to moncton and wanting to try a new pizza place, I must say you guys have failed miserably. I've been in the customer service game a long time, and you don't wait that long to address customers. It's ignorant and rude.I get it you hate your job and don't want to be there, but that's nobody's fault but your own. You cost your place of employment business that night and any business in the future from me. That's the complete opposite of what you were hired to do. They had plenty of time to acknowledge me. I ended up walking out with no pizza and no desire to ever return. I would avoid Norms pizza because they clearly don't care about people returning.Nothing will be done about this, and nothing will change. The inside of the store looks like their trying to squeeze every penny of profit out of that place before shutting it down. Makes me wonder what the quality of the food would have been like.I was right that night, though. Someone else was very happy to take my money.

The slices are the only way to go here, I used to order Norms to my house a lot, but the quality dropped so much that I stopped.

The location on Mountain Rd is not good. Donair meat was all dried up and it was cut in big pieces. As well it's almost impossible to eat it with flimsy and small plastic utensils.The one in Dieppe is delicious, so we will never go back to the Mountain Rd. location.So disappointing.

The meat is cut way too thick and it had just a few strings of lettuce on it, a couple peices of tomatoes & onions , added more to it when I got it home ?Ordered at the mountain rd location.Been at least 10-15 yrs since I had ordered from there and from what i can remember it was better back then.

Great homemade like pizza, absolutely love this place! The staff is always friendly and the crust is just the perfect mix of chewy and crispy. Their toppings are super fresh and plentiful - every bite is a delight :) . Definitely the go-to spot for a slice in Moncton. Can't wait for my next slice, highly recommend!

They messed up my order and added pepperoni to our pizza instead of pineapple. Not a big deal for me but a huge deal for my vegitarian wife. Pretty disappointing as by time Uber eats dropped off the pizza the place had closed so we could not get the correct order sent over. Garlic fingers were
