Tonight we stopped at Pizza Delight in Elmsdale, N.S. We were deciding as a family where to go and eat for dinner as there were other options, needless to say, my husband won and we went to this location. This was the worst service of all! It started from the time we ordered. They were busy but our waitress Jessica was totally not taking care of our concerns. We ordered our drinks and 20 minutes later when they arrived at our table they were wrong. Really, how difficult is 2 cokes and one sprite? She finally gave us new ones. My husband ordered a super donair with no onions. perfect! Daughter ordered spaghetti and meatballs. She received seafood jambalya. Had to return it. I ordered the nacho and pizza combo. Pizza was supposed to have ground beef, bacon, and green peppers on it. Nachos were requested without the barbeque sauce. I received a pepperoni pizza with onions and nachos with the sauce. Totally not the dishes we ordered! No cutlery was given, so we actually had to help ourselves from another table. Our waitress (Jessica) never came back to offer any refill on drinks, ask how our meal was, or give my daughter any parmesan cheese for her spaghetti. She did at the end offer me 50% off of my meal only. In total the bill was $45.00 with the discount. I will not return to this location again. The service was definitely not there tonight and the excuse given was that they were busy? So I guess for all those thinking of stopping by Elmsdale for a bite to eat at this location, you better check to see if they are busy first before ordering or you may just get some random meal and no service from the staff! Would not recommend this location for your dining pleasure. Tonight was not acceptable.

On Friday May 9th, 2014, my husband and I stopped at Pizza Delight/Sackville to have supper and when I received my Caesar Salad, it was tasted very fishy and salty, so much so, that I could not eat it. When our waitress came by I mentioned this to (Jordanna) to see if we could exchange for something else of equal value, but was informed that since we ordered it she could not exchange it and we still had to pay for it regardless because we ordered it and there was nothing she could do about it(as her voice started to raise). We were starting to get embarrassed and so we asked for the manager. As she was leaving she came back to our table and said "by the way, I am the Assistant Manager" and then left. After awhile she then came back and said we could have a toss salad in place. Not to happy with service at all.
