We had a group meeting at 4 points on Tusday March 26th 2024 This restorant prepared us Sandwich and Soup. Everybody in thats meeting but 1 person that didin't eat with us were sick 24-36hr post meeting the sickness lasted 24-36 hours. Apparently we were the only guest that was sick well. Odd enough the only one that didint get sick did not eat .... let say I am not going back to that restorant nor the 4 Points

Superbe! It's been a very long time since we have savored such a great meal. Nicoles was also a great host, actually all the staff made us feel like we were 'home'. We truly enjoyed our time and meal at Sophya & Spritz. Thank you Nicole! Thank you all!!!

Unstable Sun

What a complete disappointment. We decided to try takeout to sample the food after hearing so much about this place. I've had better risotto balls from a frozen package. The salad had wilted greens, mediocre fresh mozarella and the tomatoes were not heirloom. We also didn't get waffle fries as per the menu. Definitely not worth a sit down meal.

A group of 9 of us went for dinner here the weekend before last. Of the group, 7/9 of us became violently ill a short time later.When calling the restaurant after we recovered, the staff informed us that on the evening we were patrons, 5 of their staff became ill and were sent home.Apparently there was a virus going around the staff that night. Their staff confirmed this to us the following week.When members of our party reviewed this restaurant online, indicating that we all contracted an illness after eating there, it seems the manager decided to publicly state they don’t believe the illness came from their restaurant…I wasn’t going to review this place, but due to the lack of transparency from the management team, I feel compelled to inform the public.Atmosphere was nice, food was average, management needs to work on their ethics.

I believe I have a new favorite restaurant in the Greater Moncton area. The food was fantastic. Everything was sooooo tasty, warm and well presented. The staff all appeared to like their job and happy to be there. Everyone was smiling, with the customers and amongst themselves. We were lucky to be served by Sarah, who never missed the beat and always had a contagious smile that made a great experience even greater. WE WILL BE BACK!. Again...and again.

Had an absolutely horrific experience here last weekend. Went for dinner with a group of 9 guys and 6 of us ending up with worst stomach virus of life. Vomiting and the whole works. We called the restaurant afterwards and they confirmed it was a virus that was making its rounds amongst the staff. Had it not been for this i would have probably given the restaurant 3 stars. Food was average.

I won't display the servers name other it was a male. When our server finally came which took longer than expected we asked what the most popular dish was, he gave us recommendations to about 5 dishes, with each dish from each category(seafood,steak,pasta) naming the most expensive dishes, which we noticed, we got drinks to start, we finished a drink and waited about 15 min atleast after we finished the drink for the server to come back. At this point we haven't ordered our food yet and we had already been there 45 minutes. So frustration has set in, we didn't order anymore drinks, we planned on desert but giving the time it took to get our meals we opted to leave as we didn't want to wait another hour before we got that to. The server also told us that the wait was so long because 80% people ordered at the same time. Meanwhile 80% of the restaurant that was there when we arrived had left so that was obviously a lie. The food was decent but not amazing, I ordered the chicken tetrazumi and it gave me very bad gas immediately after eating. From my fist experience here, we won't be returning, 2/5 stars. Ps. If the server would have genuinely tried to help instead of only making sure he takes care of the people that will tip alot, he would have got a tremendous tip from us. Just because we don't LOOK rich doesn't mean we don't have money. Servers:be better

Samantha was awesome as our server. The entire staff was great all evening from when we walked in and were greeted at the door. The food flavor and portions were all excellent. The decor and feel were very nice making it a great date night. We came for our anniversary and it made our day extra nice, thank you to all.

Went out for a valentine's date with my spouse (planned a month prior) and was quite disappointed in how my situation was dealt with.Our reservations was at 7:15pm and we got seated shortly after. got our drinks and appetizers and came within a reasonable time (being valentines it's was busy) so i understood there maybe a bit of a longer wait as I'm a kitchen manager. Ordered the lobster arancini for appetizers and a beer and the valentines drink and was just what I expected and came out pretty quickly. My spouse had the salmon and I had the short rib and here's where it goes downhill from here. Short rib was completely cold (42$ dish thier most expensive dish i belive). The fat was still congealed in the middle meaning it wasn't even temperature checked before getting sent out which IS VERY ALARMING as this tells me food safety isn't at the utmost importance here. Notified my server and she got it "re-fired" After waiting roughly 40 minutes for our mains after our appetizer I just wasn't feeling it anymore, it really killed my buzz especially as my main was cold and nothing got done about it besides taking off a 6.50$ beer off my bill which was ok. The bill was 158$ with tip and that's the real disappointing factor..... uand left me confused and just unhappy. That's a decent amount of money for 2 people in today's economy and for my meal to be cold and they way they handled it was poor. presumably my meal was microwaved, and thrown into a take out container. as it came out in about 5 minutes our server specifically told us it's one of the longest dishes to cook (roughly 15 minutes is what she said). As a kitchen manager at a competing itialian restrant, i told myself there's definitely a few missed opportunities here, food safety being the utmost importance and charging full price for a meal that was cold is just baffling, If this happend at my restaurant that meal would've been free without hesitation. My assumption of the experience is after the appetizers were done the server forgot to fire the mains to the kitchen resulting in the 40 minutes between finishing our app and getting our mains. Kitchen rushed the food didn't get temp check the short rib and was sent out cold.Definitely missed the mark for a place with such high praise.
