I had to repeat myself over and over, I even pointed at the picture, and yet they gave me chocolate frosty instead of white chocolate strawberry. It's not often I dine at Wendy's and it's gonna be a long long while before I show up again.

I normally love my spicy chicken burgers, but here at Wendys on Moncton they got orders wrong on almost all of my family of 6! When the food came the fries were cold. The floor manager rudely interrupted my order process without so much as an "excuse me, or sorry ,one moment please" to tell the cashier something in their own language.. didn't even look at me. Also I have never been in a resteraunt so filthy! There was garbage stacked and overflowing out of the bins. Dirty tables too. Not returning there again.

Had a issue with the store asked for a phone number for the head off or the district manager. I was told the store doesnt give that information. I asked if the store was accountable to anyone they told me no there is no one else to complain to. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION will be contacting better business any other enforcement organication i can . They tried to give me a free combo I told they no its too late for that .

Drive thru.I did not get the cream or sugar I asked for in my coffee.Whoever made it must not be a coffee drinker. There was an attempt to put cream in, but definitely not the amount I asked for. No sugar. Each establishment seems to have its own standards for what is acceptable for the coffee they make. Too bad. I guess I have to check my coffee before I drive away.
This last time @ Wendy 'swas the worst experience, cold foods, my burger was so cold that the slice of cheese never melted.We asked for Coke & received a 2 diet Coke for the second time on the drinks.I called & service cold calls because we didn't call right away... The boss on duty refused to do anything & told me he was the boss no chance to talk with someone else.Never want to replace the meals & diet pop that went in the drain ?

Came here at about quarter after 10 and it was nice and quiet. Because of this I had: no lines (good), fast and friendly service (always nice) and a quiet atmosphere while I dined in. The fellow at the front who took my order was very kind, I appreciated that. My Chicken sandwich and Ceasar salad were quite good.
