“I don’t normally review like this but by god, what an awesome experience. It took thirty minutes to get two hamburgers and a small fry. I was told to go wait in the parking lot for my food, while everyone else in the drive-thru line got theirs. I guess they forgot about me or something because when they came out with my food they forgot who I was. They were walking around aimlessly looking distresses until the manager came out and apologized for them. Apparently the worker was none other than president joe Biden and he just got confused is all. Wow!“

“I wanted to share what a great experience my son and I had! I am a restaurant manager of a restaurant with very high customer service standards. Every staff member was super friendly! I listened while they interacted with other guests and it was outstanding! I feel that we are lacking in customer service as society. This visit made me feel like we've gone back a couple of decades to when customers were important. Great job Harvey's. I think I found my new favorite.“

“I called about getting an ice cream cake for my sisters birthday and I had the pleasure of talking with Ashley on the phone. Last year I tried ordering a cake from the Dairy Queen across town and they were nothing but rude but this experience was the total opposite. She was so helpful and went out of her way to get the answers to all my questions. She fulfilled all of my wants for my order and I appreciate her so much. Thank you Ashley!“

“It's a popular coffee shop. It's usually busy because the coffee is amazing. Also the sandwiches and donuts are lovely. The last time we went through the drive through and I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had brought back their delicious Walnut Crunch. Yummmm ? It went so well with my delicious Tim Horton's dark roast coffee! ?“

“The pictures are terrible and there's no picture of the Beavertail because we ate it smelled so good, we ate it too fast. The poutine was delicious-the brown gravy was just salty enough that no additional salt was needed for the fries. The Beavertail was outstanding -crispy and light. You could taste the butter under the cinnamon & sugar. We were so glad we went with the original flavor. It was perfect. Cooked to order- the woman at the window was very friendly at the end of a very cold & windy.“

“I had the meat mountain. It was a mistake. It was like 20 layers of room temp cold cuts stacked on a chicken tender that tasted like a grocery store nugget cooked in the microwave from frozen. No sauce present -- the sandwich was BONE dry. I can't explain why but eating this meal felt like a sin. The protein and salt went straight to my bloodstream and I was pouring sweat for about an hour. The meats fell like a solid tungsten anchor into the abyss of my gut, never agin to be seen by mortal man. The Arby's meat mountain put me up 5 pounds and set me back at least 2 years spiritually; I may never fully recover from this incident. Curly fries were mid. The service was very good, the staff were friendly and kind.“
