Restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly. We had our grandkids so they delivered right to the table. Ketchup was out so they quickly right some to the table. We enjoyed our meal. There were 5 of us.Kid-friendliness: Brought the food quick and the desserts.

They're always polite, and my order has always been Spot On.???,also I might I add; I'm usually placing my food order quite late at night too..Between the hours of 2:30am-3:30am.,Which is the time of night/am that one would think an employee would be more apt to make an Error / or a mistake with the placing of my order.,But NOPE! Not yet...???Parking: There's 12 available parking spots for customers parking?,which I could visibly see from the main entrance. besides the parking spots located towards the back of the restaurant that are obviously more fitting for the staff...Wheelchair accessibility: 1 or 2 spots.

Night drive thru guy on 03/18/24 was the most unhappy annoyed person in customer service I’ve ever seen. He was so tilted before we began I just drove off half way though to go across town. Man just quit if you’re that upsetAfter waiting a few mins:(No one spoke before this)Yeah? What do ya want?!I’ll have a quarter pounder meal pleaseDrink?!Coke Zero large size, fries large too pleaseYUH!!Drive up!I wanted to get a desertWe got no ice cream!!Me: Gets annoyed and leaves

Forgot my food and messed up my order. Went back to get the food they forgot and it was the food they had cooked when I had ordered it the first time, needless to say, it wasn't even room temperature when I got back with it. The food they messed up on, they remade, so it was actually warm. However, there was a literal puddle of grease completely coating the bottom of my quarter pounder, so the bun ended up marinating in grease until I got home

The restaurant was clean. The self-serve pop area was clean, it was a snowy/sloppy day and the floors were pretty decent. We got our food in a good amount of time after ordering. However it took some time to get to order as they were busy with either drive through, mobile orders, delivery services. There were only two of us waiting to be served. We were acknowledged by the worker to be served as soon as possible. They do not have self-serve kiosks.

I really like this location. I frequently come in the later evening for a coffee and a muffin when Divanshu is on, and he's fantastic. I pre-order, we're on a first name basis now, and he always takes the extra time to make sure I'm taken care of.Coffee is fresh and hot, well warmed muffin, and if I end up getting hot food, it's truly hot and fresh.

Lately we've just been going through the drive through, the staff is always friendly. There has not been any issues with our orders being incorrect. We plan on continuing to visit when we are in the mood for McDonald's food.

McDonald's seems to have forgotten their place. And now they're completely overestimating the value of their food. The only reason I ever came to a McDonald's is for 2 reasons, cheap, and consistent food. The food is not good, it was edible, and worth it for the price. But now you're lucky if you get one of these, there's definitely times you get neither. McDonald's thinking I'll pay $15 + tax for a piece of garbage in McDonald's wrapper will be the biggest joke of 2024.
