I ordered a couple pitas and drinks through Door dash. The dasher delivered the order. The bag was sealed but a pita and a drink was missing. I called pita pit and a girl said she is sorry she forgot the order. She then said she will call her manager and call me back. She never called me back . Poor customer service. Would have been nice to have my food.

The staff was poliet and friendly which was reall nice. The food tasted really good. My only thing was that I could of had more brisket in my pita. I do not get veggies on my stuff and just got the meat. So I know I would not have big pita, bit could of had bit more meat to make it bit more fuller. Other than that I say was good experience and would go back again.

Twice out of the three times I've been there I've walked out with a half full veggie bowl. The grilled veggies were literally just over a tablespoon worth. Very disappointing and certainly not worth $13. Only positive is, the products are fresh.

Many years ago in another province we tried pita pit and were disappointed. Decided many years later to try it again, food is good but this location has one of the best employees. Anourag is amazing and I will come back because of him.

The kid working there was kind and pleasant enough but she destroyed 3 pitas attempting to make my wrap lol the 3rd ending up staying barely wrapped around the contents of my wrap! After working a long day building turbines and saving the planet i Was really looking forward to an expected perfect Pita as one can expect and receive in Nova Scotia from any local Pita Pit! This was definitely my one and only stop at this location! Maybe instruct your staff keep wrecking pitas till they get it right..... losing a dozen pitas is minimal in comparison to my lifelong monetary contribution I've had continued to make if the just tried a little harder!
