Was shocked to go in and be told that they didn't have any roast beef!!!! I had to drive out there because they are not in my area. I got chicken which was o.k., but it wasn't beef.

Good food and atmosphere. It seems depending on what you order determines what position in line you get served. A recent visit I ordered a double Montreal, there was no one else in line when I ordered. 20 minutes later I'm still waiting with 10 people ordering everything under the sun are ahead of me. I ordered a sandwich for Pete's sake. I had to get a refund and go to BK, no problems there!

Wow, overcharge us, then the supervisor tried giving 2 dollars back. When it was 8 dollars, we were overcharged. Then, when she realized her staff charged us for s fry, we never ordered, then she gave us the correct amount and rudely shut the window when my husband was still

I honestly sat on this for too long, but my hubby went there about a month ago and they had no roast beef. None. How does this happen? It’s what y’all are known for.Sadly I think this was it for us and we won’t do take out as these things seem to be happening all the time. I’m sure it’s from poor training or management as someone who works in customer service.

I had the meat mountain. It was a mistake. It was like 20 layers of room temp cold cuts stacked on a chicken tender that tasted like a grocery store nugget cooked in the microwave from frozen. No sauce present -- the sandwich was BONE dry. I can't explain why but eating this meal felt like a sin. The protein and salt went straight to my bloodstream and I was pouring sweat for about an hour. The meats fell like a solid tungsten anchor into the abyss of my gut, never agin to be seen by mortal man. The Arby's meat mountain put me up 5 pounds and set me back at least 2 years spiritually; I may never fully recover from this incident. Curly fries were mid. The service was very good, the staff were friendly and kind.
