Well I don't even know were to start, but the order was wrong. Also we had to ask for silverware. No one asked use how our food was. And there were only 2 waiters out. It took 30 mins for us to even get our appetizer. The food was good but we asked for 2 hot pizza sauce and they came out with 2 cold pizza sauces. Furthermore this place should be cancelled.

Great place to get together with friends/family, the atmosphere is great along with the food and service. The only reason I removed one star is due to it being an expensive place to dine.

Food was fantastic, server (Tanya B) was quick to serve us and patient as we took our time to order. We had spinach artichoke dip added cheese to our bread, then wings with fries, and the mountain smoky spaghetti (amazing size if I hadn't eaten half the appetizer haha).Only issue:Pop from the fountain pop was flat, however our server offered as canned beverages as an alternative.

I’ve always loved BP Saint John. Saturday night I took my entire family for two members birthday supper. Disappointed is an understatement. We had to ask for cutlery and plates, apps were the best part. Main courses were awful. My daughters are vegetarian and one had meat in her vegetarian dish, my chicken mushroom fettuccine was made with pressed chicken and terrible. We will not return.Vegetarian options: We had meat found in our vegetarian dishes.

I have been at Boston pizza several times but me and my friends had a rough time on January 24 night. The food was nice but we did not get good service. The behaviour of the server (probably Kourtney/ courtney)was very disappointing. Our order was not taken properly. Drinks were not served right, served wrong food and our overall experience was completely ruined.Me and my friend always recommend boston pizza but this experience has impacted the image to a great extent.I don’t appreciate this kind of behaviour at all.Please take actions accordingly.
