This isn't some some random accident. I've order the BBQ Smokehouse Burger twice from this location and every time instead of the BBQ Smokehouse Burger I get a Bacon Two Cheese Deluxe. Something seems fishy here are the employees purposely making the wrong burger so they can eat the wrong burger when I take it back???

Service can be slow, their intercom and menu board need to be maintained a little better, it's very hard to hear them. But the food has always been good so no complaints there. Mostly the store feels dated and needs a face lift.

Bunch of lying cheats here. Just ordered a Flamethrower combo, $20, and conveniently the debit machine wasn't printing receipts. Going on the website it should have been $12+ tax. Definitely going to be disputing that transaction with the bank.

Asked for a small sundae. Got to the window. $5+. I questioned as to why a small sundae would be that price. She told it me it was the price, I believed her and paid. I went and looked and a small sundae should not be that much. Especially when i didn't have anything extra added to it. Shady business practices. Make sure to check your recipes before you leave the parking lot. I would've had she given me one or even offered it

Customer since Fall 2022. Their chicken burger is great. The portion size for a basket of fries is a lot and at a good price compared to other fast food restaurants. Blizzards are yum yum. Giving 3 stars as they do not give condiments (Mayo and Ketchup) for takeout orders.

My husband accidentally ordered the wrong ice cream in the drive thru and told them at the window before paying that he accidentally said the wrong kind and meant to say another. They said that he should have told them at the speaker and since he didn’t they weren’t making another ice cream. He then said he didn’t see it on the screen to which they said it was (I didn’t see it either but it could’ve been there but I still don’t see the big deal) It wasn’t until he asked “what if I was allergic would you make it then?” that they changed their minds, but continued to make us feel like we were wrong for simply not wanting to pay that much for an ice cream we didn’t want. If a customer is paying that much money for an ice cream it shouldn’t be a big deal to fix the order, especially since we hadn’t even paid yet. I’ve never had this issue before.
Who doesn't like a chocolate Sunday on a sunny afternoon. We continue to go back time and time again which would indicate that there verity of ice cream delites are fabulous, we go for the ice cream they also have food from the grill, they are always busy which is always a good sign .
