Food was held back and several orders that came after were filled with fries first, while the burger I ordered sat waiting. Not the first time this cook has done this. Serving staff were terrific.
I remember eating at Deluxe Fish and Chips in 1969 when it was just a pickup counter. I was mesmerized then as now how they peeled and hand cut their French fries. I eat there whenever I come home to visit family in Saint John. Still delicious for beer battered fish!

We went in for my first time. They had just closed off the eating in area. Want their fault but really took away my excitement for eating in and treating their food fresh.
